岗位职责: 1、全面负责车间的生产和管理工作; 2、根据生产计划,负责编制车间作业计划,主持召开每日生产例会,安排布置车间生产; 3、优化生产流程,提高生产效率; 4、负责按计划、按订单组织生产、发货,确保订单交期及质量; 5、负责组织有关人员研究解决生产过程中存在的工艺、技术、质量问题; 6、负责生产数据统计管理,严格控制物料浪费,节约成本; 7、负责车间生产现场管理,5S管理确保文明、安全和均衡生产,对车间的安全生产负责; 8、负责处理车间生产过程中的一切异常,主动与各相关部门沟通解决,确保生产的正常流转。 任职要求: 1、中专及以上学历,二年以上电子制造企业车间管理经验; 2、熟练应用OFFICE办公软件; 3、熟悉电子行业,有经验者优先。 4、良好的计划、组织、协调能力,工作责任心强,沟通能力较好。 福利待遇: 一、工作8小时/天; 周一至周六 上午8:30-12:00 下午13:30-17:30 二、五险; 三、提供免费午餐、住宿、停车位。
